Every new friend starts with a quick parent call and a relaxed meet-and-greet. We learn their play style, comfort cues, routines, and favorite scratch spot before their first club day.
We balance play with enrichment, outdoor time, lunch, and real rest. Groups stay intentionally small and are matched by energy and social style—not just size.
You’ll get a personal Fenny’s Update with photos, meals, rest, play notes, and the very important count of new best friends.
Particular is our specialty. We build an individual care plan and let trust arrive at its own pace. No forced fun, no one-size-fits-all pack.
